Bargaining
The collective agreements we negotiate guarantee our members their rights, their dignity and their livelihood.
Each of PSAC's 165,000 members belongs to one of more than 230 bargaining units. Each bargaining unit has a collective agreement.
Bargaining units range in size from two members to 70,000 at Treasury Board Table 1. While many PSAC members are public service employees, our union represents workers in many jurisdictions.
