PSAC members who work for Treasury Board and certain agency members' benefits are determined at the National Joint Council.
The National Joint Council's members work by consensus to to establish:
Public Service Health Care Plan
January 2010 - New contract to administer the PSHCP awarded to Sun Life
travel-related benefits such as:
- relocation
- commuting
- health and safety
- isolated posts and foreign service
