Report highlights issues facing compensation and benefits advisors

Problems in recruitment, retention, training and classification are some of the issues affecting members classified as AS (Administrative Services), particularly those working as Compensation and Benefits Advisors in the federal public sector. A report coming from the AS Roundtable held in April highlights these issues and others.

PSAC National President John Gordon has sent a letter to PSHRMAC Vice-President Richard Burton urging him to meet to discuss and address the pressing issues contained in the report. He has also appointed National Executive Vice-President Patty Ducharme as the PSAC executive officer with the responsibility for following up on issues raised and solutions proposed by the AS Roundtable.
