Negotiations Ongoing at Royal Canadian Mint, Agreement Reached on Several Issues
Your bargaining team met with the employer Feb. 25-27 to continue negotiations on a renewed collective agreement. We were able to reach agreement on several issues, including language on probationary time-limits, grievance language response time and the Appendix on Counter Sales Help.
Your bargaining team is looking forward to upcoming dates at the bargaining table set for April 1 - 4 and April 10 and 11. The negotiations in April will be moving into monetary issues.
