The Public Service Labour Relations Board is still in the process of establishing an Arbitration Board and meeting dates in order to resolve the dispute between the PSAC and Treasury Board for the Technical Services (TC) Table.
The process is currently at the stage where the parties have selected their representatives to the Board and they are now in the process of trying to agree on a chairperson for the Arbitration Board. The process should be completed this week. If the Parties are unable to agree on a chairperson, the Public Service Labour Relations Board will appoint a chairperson for the parties.
Once the Arbitration Board has been has been established it will determine the dates for the hearing.
Once the dates are finalized they will be published on this website.
