PSAC Health and Safety e-network
At the last National Health and Safety Conference, a resolution was passed that called on PSAC to develop a national network of workplace Health and Safety representatives.
In order to make this national network of Health and Safety activists a reality, the PSAC National Health and Safety Program is establishing a National List Serve of all Health and Safety activists.
With the establishment of this List Serve, PSAC's National Health and Safety Program will be able to provide all PSAC Health and Safety activists with information on emerging trends in occupational health and safety, the latest updates on Regulatory changes, and other information of interest to the Health and Safety community.
The PSAC National Health and Safety Program will also be producing a quarterly e-newsletter that would be sent to all Health and Safety activists that register for the list serve.
The PSAC Health and Safety Activist List Serve is open to any PSAC member serving on a Policy or Workplace Health and Safety Committee, is a Health and Safety Representative in their workplace, or has a strong interest in occupational health and safety issues.
To register for inclusion on this List Serve, each participant will need to provide a working e-mail address.
Please be assured that all personal email addresses will be kept strictly confidential and only used for the purpose of the PSAC Health and Safety e-network.
In order to register for inclusion on the PSAC Health and Safety Activist List Serve, refer to the menu column on the left hand side of the PSAC National web page. In the area entitled “Receive the News by E-mail”, enter your name and email address. After you have done this, in the scroll box which is underneath where you have entered your email address, scroll down until you find Occupational Health and Safety and then select it. After “Occupational Health and Safety” has been highlighted, click on the “Subscribe” box.
