The PSAC will be analyzing the results of the survey to ensure that we understand what PSAC members are saying about their work lives. We will use those results to help represent members in Collective Bargaining and in other areas of engagement with the employer. The Union fully expects to be involved with the government in addressing the issues raised in the survey, as part of its responsibility towards its members.
