WHO is Affected?

The Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) is the bargaining agent representing approximately 500 of the employees that work on Parliament Hill. These members are governed by the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act (PESRA). These people accomplish a variety of tasks for Members of Parliament and Senators in the following sectors: transportation services, messenger services, printing services, cleaning services, research, Parliamentary publications, library services, etc.
